How can I train Leaders to use the Web Terminal?
Once great resource we have for Leaders is a video tutorial, just for them!
You can easily send them this video tutorial, along with their login information, by using the Shift Leader preconfigured template:
- Go to the Announcements pane
- Click on the "+" button in the upper right, then hover your cursor over "Templates >" and choose "Preconfigured"
- Choose "Intro Email: Leaders"
- Click "Use" to load the template
The nice thing about this template is it is already set to send to only your Leaders as designated in the Web Terminal Settings. However, if you just want to send to one of those individuals, you can begin typing that volunteer's name into the "To" line to specify which Leader should receive the email.
