Help volunteers connect to the Web Terminal by placing a banner on your website.
You can easily direct volunteers to check their schedules online by placing a banner on your website that links to the Web Terminal. By using the banner, existing volunteers will be able to quickly and easily locate the link they need to sign in.
- Go to the Web Terminal pane inside of VSP and click on the "Home" tab.
- At the top of the tab to the right of your Web Terminal URL, click the "Copy" button. In the pop-up that appears, click on the "Copy icon" button.
- Open an email to your webmaster (the person that manages your website) and select "Paste" from the Edit menu. This will paste the HTML code that your webmaster will need to place the banner on your website.
NOTE: To place a banner on your website that will direct new volunteers to an online enrollment page, you will want to go to the Web Terminal Settings and copy the Enrollment URL from the Enrollments tab. Then email your Webmaster and paste in the HTML code he or she will use to place the banner on your website.
