Get more shifts covered by allowing volunteers to express interest in other jobs! VSP even enables you to automatically approve basic profile changes, while reserving the right to manually approve - or deny - requests to change job qualifications. And rest assured that you can keep some jobs private.

1. Go to the Web Terminal pane in VSP and click the "Web Terminal settings..." button at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the Profile Changes section on the left, and then click the subsection for "Jobs" that will appear on the left.
3. You can check the option at the top to "Allow volunteers to view and request changes to their qualified jobs", and the second option that will allow volunteers to request that new jobs be added to their profiles. Optionally select the 3rd check box, to limit the jobs volunteers can see and request.
4. If you wish to manually process these forms, check the option at the bottom of this screen that says, "Require manual processing of all profile change forms that affect job qualifications". Click OK and the Commit Changes button.
