I purchased a new subscription and all of my trial data is gone, how can I get it back?
The data entered into VSP is tied to your activation code, and when doing a trial, the data is tied to that trial code. If you purchased a new subscription instead of purchasing a subscription for the trial, you may notice your trial data is gone. However, there is an easy way to bring this back:
1. Click on the File menu again and select "Restore From Auto-Backup..."
2. Select the "Older copy" option and enter the last date you recall using the trial data on this computer.
3. VSP will restore the database, and you can verify that the volunteers now appear.
