Uncover scheduling conflicts before finalizing the schedule

A new Conflict Report allows you to rest assured that volunteers' last-minute "Unavailable dates/times" are accommodated before sending out the final schedule. Since many times volunteers submit changes to their scheduling parameters during or just after you've created the schedule, it's a good idea to double check that the schedule takes into account everyone's latest scheduling preferences before sending out.

  1. Open or run a schedule.
  2. Click the Reports menu at the top of the scheduling window, and select "View Scheduling Conflicts..."
  3. You can sort, filter, and export these conflicts to thoroughly review and easily check that the schedule is satisfactory for everyone.
