How do I control who gets emails from Rotunda Software?
When you download VSP onto a computer and enter your email as the contact for that installation, you are added to our email list. Different emails go to different groups.
For general emails (tips, announcements, webinar invites, etc.), you can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email to be removed from all of these. If you want to be added to this list and do not have a VSP installation, you can email us and we will be happy to do so.
For license-specific emails (renewal reminders, receipts, etc.), you will need to be the primary contact on the account. The billing contact will also receive all billing related emails. Both of these can be managed from the Client Login page.
Only one email address (the primary contact email) can be sent the "Forgot code or password?" email and is in charge of knowing and updating the password for the account.
