I downloaded Volunteer Scheduler Pro but can't find it on my computer! Where is it?

If you downloaded and installed VSP, you will probably have a new VSP icon on your desktop:

If you can't find the VSP icon on your desktop, you can look for the program by going to the Start Menu on a Windows computer. Look in the "All Programs" folder for the "Volunteer Scheduler Pro" folder. If you find that folder, select "Volunteer Scheduler Pro" inside the folder to launch the program.

On a Mac, use the F4 button to bring up a list of all applications. Hold Ctrl and click the icon to add it to the dock. To keep it in the dock, go to Options and select "Keep in dock".

If Volunteer Scheduler Pro is not on the list of All Programs, the program was not installed on your computer. You should then re-download VSP by following this link.  Make sure to Run the Installer once VSP is done downloading. If you are asked to Save or Run the installer when downloading, choose Run.

If you continue to have problems, contact our technical support staff at (888) 877-3640  and we can help walk you through the process.
