Volunteers with multiple email addresses will receive all correspondence at all email addresses listed in their profile. To set this up:

1. Start in the Volunteers pane of VSP. Select the volunteer for which you wish to add a second email address and click the "Edit Volunteer..." button.

2. On the line for "E-mail" in the edit profile dialog, directly after the last character of the email address, insert a comma and one space, then enter the second email address. Follow the same procedure if you wish to enter additional email addresses, i.e.:
