How can I see which computers have VSP installed for my subscription and uninstall an installation if necessary?

There are two ways to find this information:

When you have reached the maximum number of installed computers for your subscription and you are attempting to install VSP on a new machine, the program will alert you of the fact that you have reached the maximum number of installations and present you with a screen listing all of your currently-subscribed computers. At this time, you can choose to de-register any old installations where the machine may have crashed or is no longer in use. If the computer you are on is in this list, you can safely remove that computer and reinstall it on the same machine.

You can also view your installations by going to the Client Login page and log in using your Activation code and password. At the top, you will see links that say " information | billing settings | manage installations | SMS account." Click on "manage installations" and you will see a list of all your subscribed computers. Click the "Deactivate" button next to the computer you would like to remove.

If you disable an installation in this manner and later try to reinstall VSP on this computer, you will be prompted to email [email protected] with the subject "Reactivate disabled installation", which must then be processed by tech support before you can reinstall.
