I’m having trouble installing the update. What should I do?

Your copy of VSP should download the update automatically.  However, you can check for updates by going to the Help menu and selecting "Check For Updates Now...". If that is not working, you can go to the VSP download page to download directly from our website. 

If you get a message that you need to enter a password during the update process, this is not your VSP code and password, but rather the administrator username and password for your computer.
