Can I have set up a separate contact for billing? What are they able to access?

Yes, you can specify a separate contact for billing by logging in to your account online on the Client Login page and clicking on "Billing Settings" at the top of the window. This person will receive email reminders when maintenance fees are due and will be able to log in to the account to make those payments.
