What is my administrator password? How can I change it?

The administrator password is required to install VSP or make changes to your subscription. This is controlled by the primary/subscription contact email. 

You can visit the link below, click on the "Forgot code or password?" link and enter the subscription contact's email address. The site will send you the activation code and a link to reset the password for the subscription.

If you have a password you really like, or that other people have and you don't want to change, you can put the same password (as long as it has one letter, one number, and one symbol) in the reset password box so you don't have to change it to something new!
