You should do regular backups of your database by choosing "Backup Database..." from the File menu at the top of VSP's main screen. You should save the backup copies on a CD, USB drive, or other removable media that is not your primary hard drive in your computer. This ensures that even if your computer's hard drive fails you will be able to restore your Volunteer Scheduler Pro data.
