How do I configure VSP to work with a firewall or proxy sever?

Firewall and proxy servers can interfere with VSP's ability to communicate with the VSP web services. We can not provide support in configuring firewalls, because each firewall is configured differently. For proxy servers, VSP uses the Windows proxy server settings found in the "LAN settings" button of the "Connections" tab in the "Internet Properties" control panel. Contact your network administrator if you are unsure how to configure your firewall or proxy server to work with VSP.

To configure your firewall or proxy server to allow VSP to communicate with the VSP web servers, you may need the following information:

VSP uses Port 80 to both send and receive information to / from IP address 74.208.45.159.
