How do I uninstall VSP from one (subscribed) computer and install it on a new computer?

You can uninstall Volunteer Scheduler Pro from one computer (that is subscribed) and then install it on a new computer by following the below procedure.

1)  First open the program on the old computer and then choose "Backup Database..." from the File menu at the top of VSP's main screen and then backup a copy of your database to your computer's desktop. (This is an extra measure to ensure that there is always a current backup copy of your data.)

2) Go to the Subscription pane on the bottom left-hand side of VSP's main screen. Next to where it says, “Number of registered computers,” click the link “(click to uninstall from this comp).” Click on “Uninstall" and then "Uninstall" again.

3) You can now install and subscribe VSP on the new computer. You can download the most recent version of VSP from our website:

The first time you run the program on the new computer you'll be asked to enter your activation code and administrator's password.

4) When you have confirmed that you can see all of your current data on your new computer, you can delete the backup copy of your database saved on the desktop of the old computer in step (1).
