You can add the parent's email address with the younger volunteers in their volunteer profile, so whenever an email is sent to the volunteer, a copy is always also sent to the parent. To enter multiple email addresses for the volunteer, edit their profile from the Volunteers pane in VSP. On the email address line, after the first email address, insert a comma and one space, then type the second address.
