By knowing how to manage the installations associated with your subscription, you can quickly deal with installation issues when people change positions or a computer crashes.

1. Download the latest version of VSP from our website
2. Activate the program with your activation code and password. If you are not sure what that is, you can have the information sent to you by our password recovery page here.
3. During the setup process, after you enter your activation code, the program will bring up a "De-Registration" window. From the computers listed on the left, select the machine that is no longer in use and click the "De-Register" button.
4. To continue installing VSP on this machine, click Next and enter the information for this installation.
