Easily qualify volunteers for all subdivisions in a job

Have a job with multiple subdivisions and want all volunteers in the job to be qualified for all of them? Save time by binding together subdivisions.

Go to the Jobs pane pane in either the desktop software, or in the Admin view of the Web Terminal if you have made yourself a Web Admin.
Select the job in which you'd like to bind your subdivisions and edit it by clicking "Edit Job..." in the desktop software, or clicking on the pencil icon in the Admin view of the Web Terminal.
In the window that appears, select the option that reads "Bind together all subdivision qualifications."
If you currently have different volunteers qualified for different subdivisions in this job, you will be warned that by turning on this feature, you will be changing all your subdivision qualifications to match the first subdivision listed in this job. Click "OK" to proceed. Then click "OK" in the "Edit Job" window to save.
