Save your export settings when printing or posting schedules

If you create a separate schedule for each job or shift, you can avoid having to adjust the "Export Schedule" settings each time by saving your settings. This works great if, for example, you create a separate schedule for Job 1 for weekday and weekend shifts.

  1. From an open schedule, go to the File menu and choose "Export Schedule..." or "Create Live Schedule Post...".
  2. Configure the settings for this export. (e.g. In the Select Jobs section select just the Job 1, and in the Select Shifts section select just your weekday shifts.)
  3. Click the "Settings..." button in the lower left side of the window, and choose "Save settings...". Give these settings a name such as "Job 1 weekday schedule" and save it to your computer.

When you wish to use these settings in the future to export just the weekday shifts for Job 1:

  1. From the schedule, go to the File menu and choose "Export Schedule..." or "Create a Live Schedule Post...".
  2. Click the "Settings..." button in the lower left side of the window and choose "Load settings..."
  3. Select your "Job 1 weekday schedule" file, and then hit the "Save Live Schedule Post" or "Export Schedule" button.

Note: You can also save Roster settings in a similar fashion by clicking on the "Settings..." button in the Rosterizer pane.
