How can I generate a list of teams for a particular job or a list of all my teams?
You can export a list of teams for a particular job or for all jobs in the Teams pane.
- On the right hand side of that pane, click on "Export List...".
- VSP will ask you if you want to export just the teams in the selected job or if you want to export a list of all teams.
- The list will be exported in plain text (.txt) format.
Bonus: You can also generate rosters or emails that contain a list of just the teams to which each particular volunteer belongs by including the "Teams" field or token in the roster or email.
