How can I schedule two teams to rotate automatically every other week?
You can create teams of volunteers that will always be scheduled together in a particular job by:
- Go to the Teams pane in a VSP installation or in the Admin view of the Web Terminal as a Web Admin, and click either the "New Team..." button or the "+" button respectively. If you want two teams to alternate every other week, make sure to specify the shift time at which the teams will be serving. (That is, when creating the teams, don't leave the "For shift" setting for the team at its default "Any recurring shift" setting.)
- Once you have created two teams attached to a given shift time, select "Preassign these teams in a two week rotation."
- When you create a new schedule, you will see the teams assigned in this rotation.
