As the seasons change and volunteer requirements vary, clearly viewing all of your shifts and the volunteers required at each can help you plan for each event. VSP can export a list of all of your recurring shifts and the number of volunteers required from each job at every shift. Since seasonal changes often cause volunteer requirements to change, the ability to export and clearly view your upcoming shift requirements will reduce mistakes and help you prepare for what's coming up.

Step by step: Exporting a list of your shifts

1. Open VSP and click on the Recurring Shifts pane
2. On the right-hand side of this pane, click the button that says "Export List...". This will generate a MS Word document that you can then print out and easily review or keep on hand for the future.
