How to remove an empty position from a schedule

Keep schedules clutter-free and avoid volunteers signing up for unnecessary spots by getting rid of empty positions. If a position is vacant but not needed, you can remove the vacancy to avoid confusion.

  1. Open your schedule in the Schedules pane in VSP, and click on the date where the unfilled position appears.
  2. Click on the unfilled position so it is highlighted in blue.
  3. Click on the icon of a person with a red "X" at the top of the schedule window. This will remove the selected position.
