Add attachments to emails

When you are composing an email using VSP's Announcements pane, you can easily add an attachment -- such as a roster or finalized schedule -- to your email:

  1. Go to the Announcements pane in VSP and begin composing an email by clicking the "+" button in the upper right, and then either hovering your cursor over "Templates >" to choose either a Saved or Preconfigured template, or clicking "Email" to write the email from scratch.
  2. In the email composition area, click on the "Attachment" button on the right:

3. In the file selection pop-up window, navigate to the file you wish to attach and click "Open" to add the attachment.
