You can manage volunteers' email preferences for automatic reminders and swap requests right from their profiles within VSP. Viewing and adjusting these settings on a per volunteer basis enables you to easily accommodate volunteers' requests.

1. From the Volunteers pane, select a volunteer and click the "Edit Volunteer..." button.
2. To the right of the volunteer's email address, click the arrow and turn on or off automatic emails as needed.

Bonus: If a volunteer has adjusted when they will receive the automatic email reminder, you will be able to see this information by clicking the arrow to the right of their email address when editing their profile.
