Did you hear the great news? VSP has a mobile app that enables volunteers to stay involved, even with a busy schedule. Volunteers can view their schedules, request and accept subs, and update their profiles on the go! Let your volunteers know about this new feature by following the steps below.

A built-in email template makes it easy to help your volunteers get started with the app:

1) From the Announcements pane in VSP, click the "+" button in the upper right, then hover your cursor over "Templates >" in the drop-down menu and select "Preconfigured".  On this page, click on the "Use" button next to the "Mobile App " template.

2) In the "To" section of the email, make sure "All volunteers" shows up on that line

3) Click "Preview" and then send the email.

4) If a volunteer calls and asks for it, you can also look up your Organization ID by going to the Subscription pane - it is the same as the Organization Web Identifier. In addition, volunteers can even look up your organization by entering the city and state on the app itself!
