To open your SMS account and begin sending text messages to your volunteers, you'll first need to log in to your Client Login and go to the "SMS account" page, where you will see a page that looks like this:

Here you can add funds, choose to auto charge, set up automatic emails when your account gets down to $5.00, or download your message history.
