How can I close my text messaging account?

If you decide to no longer use text messaging, you will want to check these settings: 

  1. Log in to the Client Login page
  2. Click on SMS account
  3. Make sure the option to "Send me an email when the funds in my account get down to $5.00" is selected so that your card is not charged
  1. In VSP, go to the Web Terminal Settings from the Web Terminal pane
  2. Select Auto Reminders pane
  3. Uncheck the box to "Send automatic text message reminders x hours before volunteers' scheduled times"
  4. Click "OK"
  5. Click "Commit Changes"
