Automatic SMS reminders help reduce no-shows by keeping volunteers informed of their scheduled assignments.

To turn on these reminders:

1. Go to the Web Terminal pane in VSP and click on the "Web Terminal settings..." button.

2. In the new dialog that appears, click the "Auto Reminders" pane on the left side.

3. Check the box that says, "Send automatic text message reminders 2 hours before volunteers' scheduled times." Once this box is checked, VSP will take you to your Client Login page online to setup the SMS account for your subscription.
