In the event that some volunteers do not wish to be included on automatic email or SMS reminders, you can exclude them.

1. From the Home tab of the Web Terminal pane inside of VSP click on the "Web Terminal settings..." button.  In the new dialog box, click on the Auto Reminders pane on the left.

2. To specify which jobs reminders should be sent out for, check the "Only send reminders for these jobs:" box and select the jobs from the menu that appears.  

3. For text message reminders only, you can also check the "Only send reminders for these shifts:" box and select shifts from the menu that appears.

4. To keep particular volunteers from receiving reminders, check the "Don't send automatic text message/email reminders to these volunteers..." box. In the list of your volunteers that opens, use the Ctrl key on your keyboard to select multiple names at once.
