How can I set up the Web Terminal so volunteers can manage their auto reminder settings?
1. From the Web Terminal pane inside of VSP click on the "Web Terminal settings..." button.
2. In the new dialog box that appears, click on the Profile Changes section on the left, then click the "General info" subsecton that appears below Profile Changes.
3. To allow volunteers to manage their settings for both automatic email and text message reminders, check the boxes that say, "Allow volunteers to view and request changes to their automatic email reminder settings" and "Allow volunteers to view and request changes to their automatic SMS reminder settings."
When a volunteer views their profile on the Web Terminal, they will now see the options below to turn off either reminder, or to adjust the days in advance they will receive their email reminders.
