When sending email reminders, some volunteers are receiving emails even if they are not scheduled in the specified date range. Why is this?
All volunteers will receive the email if the "Completely exclude volunteers from this email or roster who are not scheduled for any position that matches the given criteria" option is not checked. You should ensure that this option is checked. This option is located in the Token Options for the {{ScheduledShifts}} token, which you can access from the Token menu in the Announcements pane.
