Help fill vacant positions before the weekend. You can reduce no-shows and avoid last-minute stress by sending volunteers an automatic email reminder listing all open positions for the upcoming week. This email will include any unfilled positions as well as sub requests that have yet to be filled.

1. From the Web Terminal pane inside of VSP, click on the "Web Terminal settings..." button near the top of the window.
2. In the new dialog that opens, click on the Auto Reminders section on the left, and then the "Available Positions" subsection that will appear below it on the left side.
3. Check the first box that says, "Send an automatic email each week advising volunteers of positions and subs yet to be filled". You can also choose the day of the week these should be sent out in the options below.
