Instead of using the full URL to direct email recipients to a web page, you can embed a link with a simple word or phrase, like "Click here." Embedding links eliminates cluttering your emails with long, unattractive URLs and points people to the resources you want them to view on the web.

1. Type the word or phrase you wish to contain the link, for example, "Click Here."
2. Highlight the word or phrase.
3. Click on the "Link" icon (it looks like a chain link) at the top of the text box in the email.
4. Insert or paste the entire web address, including http://, and then click "OK". Your link will now be active when sending emails.
