You can easily copy and paste text within fields in VSP. By copying the text you wish to add and pasting it into VSP's Announcements pane, Web Terminal pane, or a field in a volunteer's profile, you'll save time and send your volunteers exactly the information they need!

1. To copy a block of text within VSP, highlight the text with your cursor, hold down Ctrl, and hit C on your keyboard (on a Mac, hold down Command and hit C)
2. To paste a block of text into any field in VSP, place your cursor where you want the copied text to appear, hold down Ctrl, and hit V on your keyboard (on a Mac, hold down Command and hit V)
