In addition to the automatic text reminders, you can now send customizable "blast" texts to all your volunteers or just a few.  Keeping volunteers in the loop has never been easier!

1. Go to the Announcements pane on the left hand side of VSP
2. Click on the "+" button in the upper right and select "Text" from the drop-down menu.
3. Type the message you wish to send in the body of the text (you can include the token for {{FirstName}} to personalize the message!)
4. Select the volunteers to receive the text using the controls in the "To" area of the text
5. Make sure your cell number is in the "From" section of the text message so that volunteers' replies are sent to you directly
6. Click on "Preview"
7. Click the "Send to..." button
