Want to give volunteer communication a personal touch by sending a hand-written thank you note, holiday card, or event invitation? You can use VSP to automatically generate mailing labels for your volunteers, so you don't have to write addresses by hand or copy and paste information into a template.

1. Make sure you have Avery Labels style 5160, 5260, 8160 or a similar substitute to print on.
2. Open VSP and go to the Mailing Labels pane on the left side of the program.
3. Decide on your mailing list. You can send to all volunteers or use VSP's powerful filters to target just those volunteers meeting certain criteria (like people who volunteered more than 20 hours in the last 12 months).
4. Look at the four checkboxes below the list of volunteers. Check those that apply to you.
5. Click Generate Labels.
