How do I see what an email will look like when the volunteers receive it?
You can easily see what an email will look like when your volunteers receive it by using the "Preview" option at the bottom of the email in the Announcements pane.
First, set up your email to be sent, including all of the tokens you wish to use, and specify who the email should be sent to. Next, hit the "Preview" button at the bottom of the email in the Announcements pane.
This will first open the Token Options window. Click "OK", and you will now see list of all of your selected volunteers. Select a name from the list to see what the email will look like for that particular volunteer. VSP will fill in all of the tokens for that person.
