Can't add shift preferences: "No shifts match the criteria in your profile"

When volunteers see this message, it is because of a setting to only allow volunteers to add shift preferences that require the jobs they belong to. This can be an issue if you are adding a new job or shift time to the schedule. To fix it: 

  1. Go to the Web Terminal pane
  2. Click on "Web Terminal settings..."
  3. Click on Profile Changes
  4. Now select Shift preferences
  5. Make sure the box for "Only list active shifts that require a job for which the volunteer is qualified" is NOT checked
  6. Click OK 
  7. Click Commit Changes

Now volunteers should be able to add that preference to their profile.
