If a volunteer is unable to get online and request a swap, you can very quickly do it for them and automatically send out the swap request email to all qualified volunteers. Helping people find subs avoids unfilled positions at your shifts.

1. Open the Live schedule inside of VSP from the Schedules pane.
2. Click on the date where the volunteer needs a sub, locate them on that day, right-click on the volunteer's name and choose, "Flag as swap requested". A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to send emails - click "Send emails."
