Who will get a swap request email?

By default, a volunteer will get a swap request email provided they meet the following criteria: 

  • They have swap requests turned on in their volunteer profile
  • They are qualified for the job/subdivision
  • If titles are turned on, they have the same title as the swap requested person
  • If they have the "schedule ONLY at these times" box checked, the shift is listed in their preferred shifts (you can bypass this using the steps in this article)
  • They are not already scheduled for that shift
  • They have an unavailable dates/times listed

Swap request emails will still go out, even if: 

  • A volunteer is already placed in another shift that week
  • A volunteer's serving frequency has been met
