What is the difference between a Leader, a Web Admin, and an Installation Admin in VSP?

When working with VSP, there are three distinct levels of involvement with the program:

1) Volunteers

2) Leaders*

3) Admins

The first is for the volunteers who are being scheduled by the software, and the next two levels are for administrators or leaders who will be working to manage the volunteers.

Leaders are volunteers with web-based access to make changes to the schedules and volunteers in their jobs, as well as send email and text message announcements. Their privileges can be limited to fit their role.

There are two types of Admins in VSP.  Installation admins require having a downloaded copy of VSP licensed to their machine, counting as one of your installations for the subscription. Web Admins are able to make changes to the VSP database from the Admin view of the Web Terminal.

Below are the key differences between an Installation Admin, Web Admin and a Leader, to help you decide which level of access is needed. Please note that additional privileges are being added to Web Admins in upcoming releases!
