How do my volunteers enroll online?

Enrollments in VSP refer to a non-volunteer signing up to be a volunteer through the Web Terminal. For many organizations, this is how volunteers first get connected and enter in their current information.

When a volunteer signs up to be a volunteer, an enrollment web form is generated, which is either processed manually by an administrator, or automatically by VSP, depending on your settings. When an Enrollment Form is processed, a volunteer profile is automatically created in VSP for the person who submitted the form.

The Enrollments section in the Web Terminal Settings dialog of the Web Terminal pane controls the settings that allow enrollments, determines the information a volunteer is allowed or required to provide, indicates how web forms are processed, and allows you to edit the settings and content of the confirmation email sent to the volunteer.
