What do I need to do in order for the changes I made in inside VSP to appear in the Web Terminal online?

Changes that are made in the Web Terminal administration pane inside VSP, for example changes to the text on the Web Terminal's Home tab, can by committed to the online Web Terminal immediately by clicking the "Commit Changes" button at the bottom of the Web Terminal pane.

Changes made inside VSP to a schedule are reflected in the Web Terminal as soon as the schedule is saved. Therefore you can update schedules and assignments inside the Web Terminal with your most recent changes to an open schedule by choosing "Save" from the File menu of the schedule. Since schedules are automatically saved when they are closed, changes made to a schedule are automatically reflected in the Web Terminal when it is closed.

Changes to volunteers' profile information, jobs, or shifts inside VSP will be reflected in the Web Terminal only when the database is saved by choosing "Save Database" from the File menu on VSP's main screen, or by closing VSP.

Choosing "Save database" from the File menu at the top of VSP's main screen will force a blanket update of all information in the Web Terminal. (If you are logged into the Web Terminal as a volunteer, you will also need to logout and login again in order for the volunteers' profile information to be refreshed.)
