Protect the contact information of underage volunteers and other vulnerable populations by making sure their email address(es) and phone number(s) will never be listed in Rosters posted online.

1. Go to the Volunteers pane on the left side of the program.
2. Click on the volunteer you'd like to edit and select "Edit Volunteer..."
3. Click on the arrow to the right of the volunteer's Phone field and select "Unlisted (hide in rosters, etc.)"
4. Repeat with Cell and E-mail fields. Click OK to save.
